La chasse `a courre

I am looking forward to my upcoming trip to Paris to see Mike. He has been walking and sightseeing in the Louvre for two days and says it is snowing on the Champs Elysee. I have been researching the staghunting and we are set! We will be staying with the Marquis and Marquise Gicquel des Touches at the Chateau de Sarceaux! Sounds impressive -sort of a French Downton Abbey. The hunt is in the Normandy forest and an all day affair.  Mike is also looking forward to visiting the D-Day beaches and Mont St. Michel the next day. It is a short visit but He says he has booked dinner in the Eiffel Tower! How romantic. Hope the weather is a little better than here, it has been raining for couple of days and they canceled hunting again because of the soft ground.  Sarah has been very busy with her play- Long Beach Shakespeare Theatre's production of "A Winter's Tale". wish I was closer but I will make one of these performances in the future. Will is working really hard but went to celebrate Annie's induction into Phi Beta Kappa  at W & L. A wonderful honor and well deserved. I am so looking forward to all of us being together this July at the beach.
